This just started. I pause the bottom section where I'm editing to add an image. After I do this, I hit play and the cursor nor play works. It will not reset unless I close videopad altogether and then open back up. Then it does the same thing again??? This has never happened in 2+yrs of using videopad until recently. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Is this somewhere in videopad? Default Quality/Filesize? I am uploading a 1920x1080p video into videopad just like previous 2yrs. Now that I have upgraded version. On output video is now choppy? I looked at the crazy steps above however the easiest seems to be 'Default Quality/Filesize'. Where is this located? Thank you P.S. I found where you can change the size, it's on the Export Window with other options. Will let you know if change made a difference.

Is there are way to find previous registration code? What is the upgrade fees? I don't see them anywhere. I still have 6.xxx I thought once purchased it was upgradeable but after seeing some of the comments, it appears upgrades cost, 'after 6 months of ordering' lol. Interesting.

tried this also earlier today, same thing, ultimately after 20 seconds out of sync. Thought I was done with problem since recording directly into videopad. Wrong.. By the way, I bought videopad masters edition..

Well, I did my 2nd webcam video from computer and once again, audio sync delay. mp4 no delay, put into videopad, a delay. I am on computer and it seemingly opens it up in whatever software they use, might be whatever windows 10 uses as it says 'movies & tv' in upper left corner. Sad

Ok, what you are describing is quite a bit, especially since I'm not really a video/audio techie, lol. Obviously the videopad software is well more than my capabilities or knownledge at the moment. I don't know where a person is suppose to learn all of these options. It's almost easier to make a new video and see what happens on another upload. Thank you everyone for your input.

Yes, that is what I'm trying to figure out. If recorded in mp4, why is it out of sync when loaded into videopad? Hopefully the guys who have been helping have some answers as I'm sure this could be a future problem.

Nationalsolo I saw that in the other post, it didn't work. If I move the tracks, then it still gets out of sync anyways as it plays. The video and audio were recorded at the same time. Normal mp4, no out of sync problem. Upload to videopad, it's out of sync. Snap forward, move back, it will get out of sync sooner or later, seemingly no way to sync using either method.

Hello, I just upgraded from free and this is my first paid version video and my audio is out of sync. Mine is in mp4 and audio is synced perfectly with video when each video clip plays outside of being loaded into videopad. When I load it into the editor, both video/audio clips go out of sequence. I can't see anyway to sync it up. I even tried snapping it forward a little but that didn't help as over the run, it would be out of sync again. This has never happened.
