  1. Hi Karzy, I am one of the developers of Voxal. I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with Voice Pitch Shifter. If you could give me more information about the bug, I will look into it and solve it for you as soon as possible. I will appreciate if you could answer few questions for me: 1. Are you using custom effect chain or a preset one? If custom what are the effects in the list? 2. Do you get any problem with preset voices which contains voice pitch shifter, such as Female 2? 3. When do you get "Voxal is unable to detect an audio stream" error message, as soon as you open the Voxal or as soon as you preview a voice with voice pitch shifter effect or after some time starting the preview? If it is the third one, how long does it take to receive "Voxal is unable to detect an audio stream" message? 4. Does the issue occurs in real time voice changing ? To test this you can start voxal and then use a recording software to record your voice while Voxal is open. 5. Could you also test if there is any issue with file processing? To test this you can use the process file tool to process and modify the sound in a file with the selected voice. Again, I am sorry for the issue you are facing, I will try my best to fix it. If you could answer these questions, it will be really helpful in identifying the bug as I can't reproduce the same problem on my end. Regards, Yusuf
  2. Hi Everyone, I am one of the developers of the Voxal, unfortunately Voxal might not be compatible with your Sound Recording device. Could you check this details and reply here, I will see if there is anything I can do about your issues : 1. From options see if "Run Voxal in Safe Mode" check box isn't checked. If it is checked, remove the check and close all audio related applications including Voxal to make sure nothing is running. 2. If you can, please let me know what microphones are connected to the PC including the internal ones if there is any. 3. If you can, please let me know from the options which Preview Recording Device and Preview Playback device is selected.   6. Hi , You don't need any additional software , Voxal is capable of doing that. If you have multiple audio devices connected to your computer, you may need to manually choose your configuration to achieve what you want: Open Options which is under the Voice menu. From the list of items in Preview Recording Devices, choos the microphone you would like to use. That could be your headset, computer's integrated microphone, or any other microphone detected by Voxal. From the list of items in Preview Playback Devices, you will need to choose the audio output of your computer. This can be named similar to your sound card such as Realtek, Intel etc. Please let us know if you can't find the device listed there. Regards, Yusuf
  7. Hi niceget, I am one of the developers of Voxal. Could you help me understand the problem so that I can help you ? 1. Could you tell me which voice files are not working fine for you? 2. And when they are not working, what is the actual output ? Do you just hear your voice, or is it distorted noisy etc ? 3. My first instinct is that there was a change on some of the voice files which wasn't intended by me. Could you check voices that are not working to see if they have Compressor effect in the chain ? If so, you can disable that effect from the chain and I think that should solve the issue and that file should work as intended.
