I am using a Canopus firewire device. Still working on a proper cable to connect from the other computer to the S-Video input of it but the Debut software doesn't even connect to the device. it should at least get a signal if only a black blank picture at the moment. There supposedly isn't any required driver that I can find. Will this device just not work with Debut?

Please tell me the best, affordable device that will work with NCH Debut to capture VGA output (and stereo audio) from one computer to my Mac, OS 10.12.6 via firewire or USB. I wish to capture uncompressed sound and video for eventual use in Final Cut. Thanks. -Arthur
