  1. You can send suggestions to the developers through the form at the link: http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ They might add this on a future release.
  2. In your keyboard press and hold the windows key and then press "R", this will open a small window, type "Regedit" in it to access the windows registry. Be very careful with what you change here as it could mess up your computer.
  3. I tried checking this but in Windows 10, I do not have a windows 7 computer and I was not able to reproduce. Have you tried reinstalling or doing a clean install of the program and see if that makes a difference? If reinstalling does not work, to do a clean install just uninstall the program and then delete any Scribe folders from the links below if any: - C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\ - C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\ - C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\ (if you can't find the ProgramData or AppData folders, set Windows to show hidden files and folders as per https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files) When done restart your computer and install the program again, test and see if that made a difference, if it did not you might want to try and contact NCH tech support and see if they can file a bug for you for this so the developers of the program can check this.
  4. Please contact NCH Technical support here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html to report this as you might need to do a clean install of the program.

  7. How do you have this set up? Is the folder where the program has to look for dictations a network folder? Do you get any errors when setting this up? You might want to contact NCH technical support for assistance on this: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  8. Could you share some of the files you have issues with for testing? If it happens only with some files and not all then the issue might be the way the files were encoded. Do they all come from the same source? If they do, share one that works and one that doesn't to compare. If you do not wish to share the files here, my best advice is to contact NCH Technical Support team for them to assist you. You can create a support ticket for them here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

  13. The only information for the command line for Debut that is available is here: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/debut/win/commandline.html It does not say if it will take network URL parameters, and that is the only information support has as well, you will need to test yourself and see if it works or not.
  14. You can try reinstalling and see if that helps, also make sure you have the latest drivers for the capture device installed. If you still have the issue after reinstalling and making sure you have the latest drivers you might want to contact NCH Technical Support so they can assist you: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  15. Hi, 1. If you have the bookmark list opened, you should be able to right-click on the bookmark you wish to change the name for and click on Rename, it should allow you to change a part of the name or the entire name. 2. Yes, you are right. Still this could have been something the developers changed on the new version or left our or bug. You will need to contact NCH Technical support to confirm and escalate if it is a bug. 3.1 I checked this but it saved successfully in the folder I set, how exactly are you saving this? Provide step by step. 3.2 I´m not sure what you are doing here. If you have a bookmark at the beginning of the file and try to split and save it will not allow it because it is not actually splitting anything, so it will obviously show that message. If you have several bookmarks (including one at the beginning of the file) it will save the others because they do actually split but it will give you an error for the bookmark that is set at the beginning because it is not splitting anything. 3.3 I think your best option here is to contact NCH Technical support team for them to review. You can reach out to them here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

  21. You will need to do it manually, just click and hold then drag to the position you want.
  22. Are you doing this in Debut? Or what program exactly? Debut is a video capture software. It should capture video and audio. Please provide more details about the program you are using. If you are indeed using Debut then it definitely does not do what you asked.
  23. If this is in Windows right-click the program icon in your desktop select PROPERTIES > COMPATIBILITY tab > here make sure that none of the boxes for the options that show are checked. If any of them are checked please uncheck them and click APPLY and then OK. Open the program again if the issue is still there you might want to reinstall and if not contact NCH technical support team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  24. Have you checked which video formats and settings are supported in airplay? You might want to try other formats and other resolutions and framerates when exporting. You might also want to try different video bitrates and see if that makes a difference. If not I would suggest you contact Apple for support because if the video plays fine everywhere else then the it might be best to confirm with Apple why exactly is the video not being accepted to stream.

    How can this be

In MixPad you will only be able to monitor what you are recording if the device you are using is compatible with ASIO and also the track must be configured correctly, click on the little wrench icon on the track settings menu and then on the window that opens up make sure to choose ASIO, you might also need to click on the Wrench next to the dropdown of the recording device you choose this will open SOUND settings for Windows. Here make sure the correct device is set as the default in and out put. Click OK go back and test.
