  5. Did you fo any editing on the project? If so what editing did you do? make sure you did not add any filter effects. You might want to contact NCH Technical Support team for them to review your project. https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  6. You will need to do it manually, just click and hold then drag to the position you want.
  7. Are you doing this in Debut? Or what program exactly? Debut is a video capture software. It should capture video and audio. Please provide more details about the program you are using. If you are indeed using Debut then it definitely does not do what you asked.
  8. If this is in Windows right-click the program icon in your desktop select PROPERTIES > COMPATIBILITY tab > here make sure that none of the boxes for the options that show are checked. If any of them are checked please uncheck them and click APPLY and then OK. Open the program again if the issue is still there you might want to reinstall and if not contact NCH technical support team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  9. Have you checked which video formats and settings are supported in airplay? You might want to try other formats and other resolutions and framerates when exporting. You might also want to try different video bitrates and see if that makes a difference. If not I would suggest you contact Apple for support because if the video plays fine everywhere else then the it might be best to confirm with Apple why exactly is the video not being accepted to stream.

    How can this be

    In MixPad you will only be able to monitor what you are recording if the device you are using is compatible with ASIO and also the track must be configured correctly, click on the little wrench icon on the track settings menu and then on the window that opens up make sure to choose ASIO, you might also need to click on the Wrench next to the dropdown of the recording device you choose this will open SOUND settings for Windows. Here make sure the correct device is set as the default in and out put. Click OK go back and test.
  11. The last version should be compatible with Mac OS Big Sur, when you say it does not seem to work at all, what exactly do you mean? If the program not opening up for you?   12. Not sure if you are asking, if there is a way change the monitor window it is recording or if you can recover the video for the post you tried to record? If it is the second option then there is nothing that can be done to recover the video because it was just not recorded at least not the part you needed. If it is the first option then locate the SELECT RECORDING WINDOW section on the lower left of the Debut main window and select the icon that shows a small monitor with 4 arrows on each corner of the screen, then select either the primary or secondary monitors.

If you already paid and your issue is now the license registration, I would suggest you contact NCH so they can provide you the link to download the version of the program that is compatible with your license so you can reinstall and register again. and if that does not correct your other technical issue I would suggest you let them know about it so they can help you.   15. OK, now the problem here is which device you synced first. To not lose your data you had to sync the main device first the one that has all information and then the second device so it can pull the information already in the cloud from the main device. If you did this the other way then the main device pulls the information from the other device you synced first which obviously since it has no information it pulls nothing but it replaces the information you had before with nothing. (This is why they asked you to backup data first in case you make any mistakes.) The only thing you can do now is check the Dropbox account to which you synced the devices and see if the folder is there and if it has information in it. If it does I will suggest you download that to your computer to have a backup of it and then try syncing the main device again. If the folder is there but is empty unfortunately that would mean the information is lost as there is no other way to recover it.
  16. VTS plugins are available from many sources online you should be able to look around the internet and find many. Not all will work so you will need to test.   19. That is not possible. Although the program does offer a Web Access feature which will allow anyone you give permissions to access the program through a web browser. You need to set this feature correctly for it to work.     Do you get any error messages when converting? What exactly happens? Could you share the epub file here for testing? Or you can contact NCH Technical Support Department for them to help you with this, so you do not have to share the file if you don't want.   21. Did it work before? Have you gone through the Controller Setup Wizard, should be under OPTIONS (Preferences if in Mac) > CONTROL tab > Click on the CONTROLLER SETUP WIZARD to run it. You should also have a mapping option in that same location, make sure the mapping of the pedals are correct. If they are and you have gone through the setup wizard then try a different USB port and setting it up again.   22. Where is the program installed? Are you using the web access local network connection or Internet? What IP from the program are you using to access the Web Access? This could issue could be related to the available bandwidth you have through that connection.   25. MixPad in Android, iOS or iPad OS devices will not record from external sources, it will only record from its internal microphone.
