  3. Hello, Unfortunately, SoundTap is a audio stream recorder, if the stream of audio stops at any point SoundTap will also stop. There is no way to change this as this is how it works, if the stream of audio is constant then the program should not stop recording. Good luck!

  5. Hola, En ese caso debe contactar directamente al soporte técnico de NCH para que cancelen su plan. Si compro atravez de PayPal puede cancelar el plan siguiendo los pasos de abajo: 1. Inicie sesión en su cuenta PayPal. 2. Haga clic en el ícono de Configuración junto a "Cerrar sesión". 3. Haga clic en la pestaña Pagos. 4. Haga clic en Administrar pagos preaprobados. 5. Haga clic en el nombre del comerciante para el acuerdo de pago que desea cancelar. 6. Junto a "Estado", haga clic en Cancelar, luego haga clic en Sí para confirmar que desea cancelar el Acuerdo de facturación. Suerte!

  8. Hello, Can you confirm if the exact model of the printer? There is an Epson printer that is the Stylus Photo 960 which is compatible but the XP-960 is not compatible with the program so this might be the reason why it does not work.

    DVD with Menu

    Hello, PhotoStage does not have an option to create a Menu for your exported DVD, you will need to export the video to your PC and from there you can use a burning software that allows DVD menu creation. NCH Offers Express Burn which does include an option for you to create a DVD menu but it is a very simple menu so do not expect a Menu like you see on DVD movies you purchase. You might find other programs out there that might create more complex menus. Good luck!

Hello, If the files you save from the program are corrupted I would suggest you reinstall the program again but make sure you uninstall the program first, open ¨Finder¨ move the program icon into the trash and empty the trash. When done restart your Mac and when the Mac is back on reinstall the program. Then test, if this does not work I would suggest you reach out to NCH technical support again. Good luck!

    Hello, I would suggest you create a backup of your information by going to ¨tools¨ and selecting the ¨Backup Data...¨ option then you should reinstall the program again and see if that makes a difference. If it does not then I would suggest you contact NCH Technical support to see what is going on. Hello, Just to make sure I understand you installed the latest version and when you connect using the Web Access it takes several minutes for the browser to respond when adding items in a new invoice? Does it become slow only when adding new items? When you do this with the actual program do you have the same issue? Do you know more or less how many items have you created in total? Have you tried deleting cookies and cache from your browser to see if it make a difference or maybe using a different browser, like Mozilla FireFox?

Hello, There is no way for us to tell, the most used option for Widescreen fit is letterbox, but there is no way we can recommend one you will basically need to test that option and see if that delivers a good quality picture for you. Because of the Aspect Ratios you mentioned you might want to try the Crop and zoom as well. Good luck!

  16. Hola, Definitivamente algo no debes estar haciendo bien, si ingresaste correctamente el codigo de registro (Números-letras) y lo hiciste en el programa correcto no deberias de tener problemas. Asegurate de seguir los siguientes pasos para registrar la licencia: Para registrar la licensia, abra el programa y en la esquina superior izquierda va poder encontrar un menu de opciones, haga click en ¨Archivo¨ de las opciones que aparecen luego haga click en ¨Registrar Programa¨ por favor introduzca el codigo (numeros y letras) en el campo que aparece ahi. Por ultimo haga click en ¨Registrar¨ Si el registro se hace correctamente, vera en la parte superior del programa junto al nombre del programa el status de ¨Programa con Licensia¨. Aveces es necesario reiniciar el programa para que este status se muestre.   17. Hello, If the files were saved in your PC or exported and those files were deleted there is no way to recover them. If you saved the files at some point in your PC then they must be in the folder you saved them to.     Hello, I´m confused as to what box you are referring to, if what you need is to change the ¨Output Folder¨ just click on the ¨Browse¨ button on the lower right side and this will open the Windows File Explorer for you so you can choose a folder to save to. If this is not the issue please try to elaborate more and provide as many details as possible.   20. Hola! Lo único que tiene que hacer es desinstalar el programa de la computadora donde lo tienes instalado esto para evitar bloquear la licencia. Luego tienes que instalar la version del programa que es compatible con tu licencia en la nueva PC y registrarr la licencia nuevamente usando el código de registro de licencia que ya tienes.     File Size Limit

    Hello, That is weird, you should be able to load any file without issues as long as it is not a very long audio file (Hours), there is no way to reset WavePad other than uninstalling it and reinstalling the program.     Hello, You will need to export the files as CSV if that is possible in Quicken and then import them to Moneyline as CSV. You can also import QFX or OFX data into the program. Good luck!
