It does sound like a bug, If you have already tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing I will contact NCH Tech team, which seems like you did already but what did they say, did they take it as a bug or not? There is really not much that can be done? Maybe check ¨Options¨ make sure the ¨Use this Shortcut to turn FastFox shortcuts On/Off¨ is not checked and you can maybe create a backup and then delete the information you have then uninstall, reinstall and load the backup again see if that changes anything.

  6. I checked but there is no way to choose other options other than the ones showing on the ¨Page Layout¨ menu. What you can try is going to ¨Invoices list¨ check one and click on ¨Print¨ That will open your printer general options, you should see here a ¨Preferences¨ button click on it and go through the settings until you find the tab where you can change the paper size and choose what you need A5, etc...

  9. What steps are you taking to burn the iso file in the disk? Can you mount the iso and test to make sure it works, then load the iso into EX Burn again and try again but make sure to use a slower writing speed.     Sorry it seems that any content created using the free version will always have the watermark and it cannot be removed by purchasing. You will need to start over or try and select cut and replace the part with the watermark. You can confirm this with NCH support: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

  17. Hello, Why don´t you try uninstalling the application from your PC and then installing it again to see if that corrects the issue. The version I use is not from the Microsoft store, the versions on App stores are usually not the latest versions and if there are issues there is not much to do other than removing the app and adding it again to see if that corrects the issue if it does not you will need to wait for a new version to be added.   23. Hello, In that case all you need to do is right click on the note you need to change the stem on and a menu with many options will pop-up one of the options is ¨Stem¨ if you hover over it you will get the options ¨Up¨ or ¨Down¨.
  24. When you import from a CSV you are supposed to match the columns with what the program has you will need to allocate that but basically you will need to test and see in what position it will show as you want it when the import is done.
