Do I have to upgrade to Masters Edition to share??

I have to upgrade to share.  I guess. It want let me.

Ok.  I did this but do not know how to move the file here for viewing.  Sorry.  Wish I could I need help with the edited burned dvd looking cropped.  Not a full screen.

Where is the time time line to click  FILE|SAVE PORTABLE PROJECT?

Have tried many times with the same result.  It looks like its cropped.

Video was an AVI File.  Exported to DVD movie.

I import video full screen.  When burned to DVD it's in a small black box, not full screen.  Why.  What can I do to export full screen?
