Hello, is there a way of moving a whole video track line at once, I mean left or right without affecting any of the other video tracks for some reason in my project, a very complex project one of the tracks has moved and moving all the little chukns of files back is proving difficult, I move one chunk it moves a chunk in the video track above etc etc? Also what are these dotted lines and how do I removed them? Hi thank you both, I'm running 7.34, would there be any advantage to upgrading? I think I've had a licence for over six months... Your advice has helped me solve my issue, but in a different way, I've been adjusting my screen resolution and it works perfectly, no issues previewing at all!! Thank you again for your help!!

Good afternoon, On the previous version of video pad I was using it used to have an option to change the quality/resolution of the preview screen, which was good for my as my machines struggles a bit sometimes, how can I do that on the newest version? 7.34 Thank you in advance!!

Thank you for your suggestion re the frames I will look into changing that, re the black frame, none of the possibles apply to my project, I will work on uploading it...

Ok I'll look at the story mode, but I exported the video, noted the black screens, overlapped the video and the black was still in the new export.

I have bad problems with this too, I suppose you could just put the exported file through Videopad again and delete the black is that possible? I have tried extending the other video track to cover any potential gaps but that doesn't work, it's a definite fault with the program, it seems to happen when I use the speed up function in the timeline... Hello, Can anyone tell me how to crop a video and then stretch it to the 16:9 aspect ratio? As you can see from the picture I've already attempted to crop it with the crop tool, but it leaves black bars at the side and top, I then took a look with the motion tool but it's to complex for me and I can't find a guide on how to use it, so can anyone tell me how to cut away what I've already cropped and then change the picture aspect ratio to what it was ie stretching the video?? https://ibb.co/TLn53Tg Thank you in advance!! 😊

If I upped the frame rate would that help? When you say the clip duration do you mean the length of time for the text, the default setting is three seconds?

The previous version I was using was very old, I resist change for this very reason... Thank you for such a thorough answer, when you are first confronted with the new layout it can look a bit confusing, this has helped me make sense of it!

Thank you so much for your help, I just have one more question if I may, I have a title screen for the video but it shows with a wide black frame around the picture, is there a way I can stretch it to fit or if not what size should the picture be so it fits the screen? Good afternoon, I'm so desperate for some help with this, I'm editing a business video shot on a camera that for some reason divides video clips into 2gb files, my issue with videopad is I want to rejoin the clips so they play continuously but when I put them next to each other on my timeline there is a stutter between the two clips, it's noticeable and as I'm using another video stream it's making syncing that impossible, can someone please help me, is there a way of joining these files so they play continuously without a stutter, so they play like one video? Thank you so much in advance, ? ? ? PS The files are MTS files.
