Thanks. I had to purchase first, so I did so today and will hope for a resolution.

I just downloaded Money Line and have entered a checking account and a credit card, to test out how the online update works. For me, evidently, not at all. The program gets an error when connecting to either account. I have put in a "last download date" of a few months ago. Sign on and password are correct. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I have not purchased software yet, but I thought the online functionality would be available in test mode....

I had the same issue. Look up the credit card company online, and use their routing number. Eg., I have a Mastercard issued by Capital One. Use the routing number for Capital One.
