I followed your suggestion and it works OK now!

Although using BASIC MP4-settings compared with H264 shows a little bit lower contrast/quality. But still is useful for the videoproduction.

P.S.: I guess this H264 was a default in my settings when I bought Videopad, because I never changed it, because I do not understand the technology and then it's better not to change things in the setting.....  So, maybe it is better to make the BASIC setting default in the Videopad-product?

Hi Nat, thanks. First I must read your text more times to understand it better, because I am not that technical... But I will do this later today and try the things you suggest. But this sounds pretty good, I will let you know what are the results.

P.S. I do not know if this is important: Later yesterday, I started to edit another videoproduction. I did record this with another camera. And until now there are no problems with those exported files. Both cameras are pretty new (les than 1 year). The first one is a Canon 750D camera  and the second one is a simple Canon Poweshot camera.

Hi I did forget to tell that I use the YouTube 1080p  Resolution  for Exporting files.

Did you use this also for the 11 files?

Jimmy: Answer at Jimmy's earlier question: yes, I only work with Videopad. Thats the only tool I use to edit and export (and import again) videofiles.

it happens to 90% of all files of this videoproduction. Very strange that some files work OK. Also strange that also files that I did only cut (keep a part for the export) don't work. I first thought that only files that I did also add seperate audio don't work (I often record a seperate audio for voice), but also those without seperate audio don't work.

HUGE PROBLEM !!!!!

I use newest V 6.01.  I describe this problem and I add the MP4-file to this question.

If I edit a video (MP4) and export the edited video (HD YouTube MP4 etc normal format), then I CAN see this video at all videobrowsers.

BUT: if I enter this video in Videopad V 6.01 and play this video, then this video only shows the first "pic" and freezes, while the audio play normal.

At the Videopad TIMELINE for sequence and for clip, I only see ONE "PIC" (the first "pic" at the beginning) .

This is not the first time OI have this problem and it frustates because I cannot edit created files anymore!

HUGE PROBLEM !!!!! Not only the Preview freezes, but also the SEQUENCE TIMELINE if playing a video.

I use newest V 6.01.  I describe this problem:
