I have the same problem n my dell laptop, i am using version 3.10. The last time it happened to me was when i was zoom and then scrolls.

I can open the project but i open for example the interior tab and select furniture and do not see any of the custom furnitures that i had imported in the previuos version, but if i go to the folder the imported .3dn file is there. That happens with all the imported objects no matter if is furniture or any other or texture. If i try to import again gives me a message that the file is already there and that i have to use a different name for the original file i want to import

After upgrading versions, all the 3D objects that i imported does not show although i can see the files .3dn if i look at C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\DreamPlan\Any of the subdirectories .
