#1:I was able to get a short recording., but there is NO sound #2 I tried Express Burn to save it but EB did not list MP4 as an option and the Video option did not work

Thanks but I need more help - maybe a step by step procedure: What do I do after I have a video playing Do I hit the record button and then minimize, it does not seem to be working How do I SAVE a video after recoding it? I don't see any Save button . Thanks for putting up with my beginner questions

I am TOTALLY lost. I would like to 'save" or capture(?) a Youtube video or other video broadcasted over the Internet to my P. C. All I see on my desktop screen is the Debut itself . The Help demo does the SAME THING. I don't see any moving video other than of the program itself.???? REPLY

Isn't ANYBODY going to answer this?? i have the same problem and it is April25!
