Moriah, Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I'm having the same issue and have been for weeks. I thought it was the pedal and so I've since ordered two new pedals, but I'm realizing now it's the software. I've opened a ticket, but I don't have Platinum Support and so I have no idea how long it will be before I receive any support on this issue. I'd love to hear if your issue was solved!
