I have Express Script Pro and am using Windows 10. The file is a wma file and it seems to happen with all of them. Yes, I am using a foot pedal for playback, but I've tried three different pedals and so I know it's not the pedal. They are all brand new and it happens with all of them. It didn't alway happen either. It started about two to three weeks ago.

Moriah, Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I'm having the same issue and have been for weeks. I thought it was the pedal and so I've since ordered two new pedals, but I'm realizing now it's the software. I've opened a ticket, but I don't have Platinum Support and so I have no idea how long it will be before I receive any support on this issue. I'd love to hear if your issue was solved!
