Hello....I am a MAC user and I cannot figure out how to get the title 'PACKING SLIP' to display or even print. Anyone have any suggestions? All the preference show that it should, but it doesn't even display when I click record or record and save. Thank you.

I am having the same issue and unfortunately the helpful link was not helpful. Does anyone have the answer to this Please?
