  1. I found this fix online, applied it exactly, and it worked. It involves editing the Win 10 registry. I am using a US Robotics 5637 USB voice modem. These instructions are for a 64-bit installation of Win 10. If you are using a 32-bit version, you only need to do steps 1 and 3. Load REGEDIT, then: 1) Goto [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32] Find the last wave… parameter, for example, if "wave" and "wave1" exist, then create 1 new entry wave(+1): "wave2"="serwvdrv.dll" 2) Goto [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32] Add the same as in (1) "wave2"="serwvdrv.dll" 3) Restart the computer.
  2. I had the exact same issue. I had to go back to the previous version of WINDOWS 10. I didn't spend much time trying to figure out what was wrong.
  3. Are you using the OGM web interface to tell IVM to do this? If so, try using the OGM interface from within the program itself. I was frustrated for days until I happened upon that solution. Somehow the web interface doesn't record the information correctly in the .ini file.

    Call Counter

I’ve been searching for a solution to this for days and finally found the setting in the Windows registry. Load REGEDIT and search for “callsequenceno” (without the quotation marks). Then change the value to whatever you want the next call to be. For example, change the value of "callsequenceno" to 1 to have the next call be call number 1.
