I'm going to be purchasing 3 laptops for video recording using debut. I'll have a usb video camera and a separate usb microphone. Stability and quality of recording are really important, but cost is a big limiting factor. The only use of the laptops will be for monitoring and recording video/audio.
I am considering purchasing a laptop to try, but I'd like to have some idea of a ballpark system.
Is an Intel Celeron (e.g., n3350 dual core) sufficient? Or is an upgrade to a Pentium (e.g., n4200) or even an i3 worthwhile?
