I'm running Windows 10. I've tried everything to change the thumbnail with no success.
The YouTube video referenced by macfly says it's been deleted and right clicking in Preview mode does nothing.
Any other ideas?
Update: I was clicking on the Preview button in the Home ribbon. It launches a separate preview pane that doesn't respond to a right click. I then tried clicking on the "Clip Preview" tab in the "Clip/Sequence Preview" pane. That option allows a right click and 'Use This Frame for Thumb Frame'. It selected the desired image in the Storyboard but didn't change the thumbnail in the exported file.
Any help here would be appreciated.
