  1. All the reports you can run in MoneyLine (click Reports menu > select any of the reports) can be saved as CSV. You may also try to backup your data (click Tools > Back Up Data). Once you have saved the data (CSV or Backup), you can delete the existing data and start over.

  2. Sadly, the program does not offer the option to run a report with the information you are requesting. This is the list of reports you can run in Express Invoice: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/expressinvoice/win/reports.html

If the information you need is not there, it would not be possible to retrieve that data. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/

  3. What do you mean by "I can't enter the same name twice in the name field"? What field are you referring to? Can you provide all the steps you have followed to be able to reproduce the issue? What occurs when you try to do that? Are you getting any error message? What happens you you try to get into Primary Contact? In any case, I would recommend you to reinstall the program https://www.nchsoftware.com/crm/refsetup.exe

You may also want to read the online help manual: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/reflect/win/index.html

  4. If you are not using Mac OS Catalina, v6.64 should work without issues on your machine. I guess the message does not say it does not work, what it says is that the current version of the program is 32bit and will not work on future OS upgrades, so it is recommended to upgrade.

Then, the classic wavepad color scheme option is not available on newer versions. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/

  5. First of all, you need to make sure you have purchased a license for the "Plus MPEG2 Edition" and have registered the program since the "Plus Edition" does not support video file formats MPEG2. Then, .mpg format is the extension of the file, MPEG2 is the video compressor, so when you convert it (even if you use MPEG2), the extension if the file will be .mpg, the difference will be in the way the video is compressed.

  6. I have tested but I have been unable to reproduce the issue you are reporting. I was able to add electronics, furniture, stairs, etc; in the story I wanted. I would recommend you to watch the following video tutorial to learn how to use the program: https://www.nchsoftware.com/design/tutorial.html

In case you encountered any issues, you can submit a support ticket using this link: https://www.nch.com.au/support/

  7. Have you been able to burn other discs in the past without issues? Are you trying to copy an existing disc or trying to create a new Blu-ray disc?

In attempt to fix this issue, please try the steps below:

Uninstall ExpressBurn, then delete 3 folders named "ExpressBurn" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
    **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\ExpressBurn\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\ExpressBurn\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\ExpressBurn\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue.

After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program

Once done, restart your system one more time and register the program using your current registration code.
