If you used existing audio files (wav, mp3, etc) to create the project, you need to make sure those files are in the exact same location and that they have not been removed or renamed, if you have changed something, that may be the reason why you are getting that message. The .mpdp project file will not save the wav or the mp3 files you load, it will only save their name/location

  2. The program does not have any limits for resizing. What is the format of the files you are trying to resize? I was able to resize multiple images to 4000 and 5000 pixels without problems. You just need to open the image you want to resize, click the Resize icon from the Home menu > in the Width or Height fields type in the number of pixels you want to use.   3. Do you get the problem if you record a different video? What format resolution and frame rate did you use? You may try it using different formats or settings.     Before reinstalling the program, I recommend you to save your previous recordings to avoid losing them during the process.

  4. Shri: it means you cannot make profit with your videos. If you are going to be paid for the videos, you will be required to purchase a license.

    RAL: VideoPad and Debut are two different software. VideoPad is a video editing software, it can record your screen, but it does it through Debut. If you need to record your screen, you need to purchase a license for Debut.

  5. You can increase the resolution of a digital image file, but you will lose image quality by doing so. If you are using high resolution images and need to increase the image size, you may try to enlarge the image no more than 10-15% of the original image, if you exceed that percentage, the quality lose will be very noticeable.   6. You may need to uninstall from the old machine to release the license and then, you can install on the new computer. Keep in mind that you need to install the version of Debut that corresponds to the license you purchased.   7. Not sure what you mean by offline/online but you may want to know that the program offers the web access feature. This will make the main installation of Inventoria to act like a server, so other users can access the data over the internet from other devices.     The license can be used on one single computer at a time. You should be able to transfer it to a different machine as long as it does not continue to run on the old one.

  8. Do you get the problem when exporting to other formats? In attempt to fix this issue, try the steps below:

    Uninstall PhotoStage, then delete 3 folders named "PhotoStage" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
    **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
    **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. 

    After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/slideshow/pstagesetup.exe

    Once done, restart your system one more time and try again.

  9. By default, Express Invoice uses a customer account-based payment. The payment is applied to invoices in the order that they were created. To apply a payment to a specific invoice, follow these steps:

    Click the Payment button on the toolbar
    Enter the Date, Customer, Amount, Method and Reference number
    In the Applied column of the invoice list, enter the payment next to the correct invoice
    Press Tab or Enter to save your change
    Click the Record button

    I would recommend you to use the Recalculate Customer Balance option. To do that, click on View menu > Customers > select (highlight) the customer from the Customer window > go the Customer menu > Recalculate Customer Balance > confirm you want to Recalculate.

  10. The free version is available for use by small businesses with less than five employees, the basic version does not have that limit.

    If you want to transfer money from PayPal to your bank account, you may need to create an account using Chart of Accounts and enter the transaction manually.

    It will track the payments your customers make and you should be able to see their balances to confirm if they have paid or not.

    For the last question, what you could do is this: create a separate invoice when you charge the $150, then void it and create a credit not or process it as a refund.
