  1. In attempt to fix this issue, you can try the steps below:

    Uninstall Voxal, then delete 3 folders named "Voxal" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
    **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Voxal\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Voxal\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Voxal\
    **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. 

    After that, restart your computer and confirm if it works fine now.


  2. In attempt to fix this issue, please try the steps below:

    Uninstall Debut, then delete 3 folders named "Debut" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
    **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Debut\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Debut\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Debut\
    **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. 

    After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpsetup.exe

    Once done, restart your system one more time and register the program.

    Then, go to Audio Options > check Speakers > from the dropdown menu select MMDevice > OK. In case you still have issues, please submit a support ticket using this link: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

  3. Sadly, those titles cannot be renamed. You may want to know that Express Invoice can be installed (for Windows) in the following languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese. You did not mention the language but perhaps, one of them works for you. Note that you can have only one version of Invoice installed on your computer. 

  4. You can change your password by opening the Security tab of the Options window, and clicking the Change Your Password button. If you forgot your password and you are trying to access the program, you can use the Recovery email Address option (in case you set a recovery email address), otherwise, it will not be possible to retrieve the password and you will have to uninstall and reinstall the program but all your data will be lost

  5. If you used either the Dropbox sync or the backup feature, you should be able to get that data back by syncing or restoring from backup.

    If not, you may want to know that ExpressInvoice-Mac stores its files in: Macintosh HD/Users/<the user>/Library/Application Support/ExpressInvoice/Shared. (Macintosh HD/User/<the user> is also the folder that appears in Finder as the user name.) -- The Library folder is hidden - to make it visible, open the user folder in finder, then View->Show View Options, and select Show Library Folder.
    This location has not changed from the previous version of ExpressInvoice.
    If you can find where the old files are located (the data is a bunch of folders containing .dat files), merely copying them into the current EI save folder should do the trick.

  6. If the invoices you want to pay are from one single Customer, then yes, you can pay multiple invoices at the same time. You can go to View > Customer > click the customer from the list > click the Payment icon > make sure that the Amount matches the due amount for that customer > click Record

  7. All videos in a given title can have chapters that allow you to easily skip to a particular scene. You may add chapters to each individual video present in the title. Note that those chapters will not show up in the menu you create, what you will see in the menu are the videos you add not the chapters contained in those videos

  8. How did you apply the payment? Has it worked with other payments in the past? Try recalculating the balances in Express Accounts to see if it helps. To do this, click the Transactions menu option in the main window and select Recalculate Customers' Balances. Express Accounts will run a recalculation automatically.

  9. Let me explain how this works, you need to select a background option like the image or solid color > select a Green Screen color. Your background doesn't necessarily need to be colored green to have this effect working. This button lets you select the color of your background. You may use the button to select the color from the gradient box or the eyedropper button to specifically click on the monitor what pixel color to replace. For example, if you want to record yourself using your webcam and your background is a red wall, you need to select a color that matches that red wall. The threshold slider lets you have the flexibility to extend the range of the color you are replacing.

  10. No estoy seguro si es a esto a lo que se refiere, pero si una sección en particular se está repitiendo, lo que puede hacer es darle al botón "Borrar área de repeticón". Este lo puede localizar en la parte superior izquierda de la pantalla, es un pequeño ícono con una "X" de color rojo con la parte inferior azul. El ícono se ubica justo arriba de la primera pista.   11. Are you getting any error message when trying to send emails? Make sure you have followed these steps to setup your email account:

    1. Open your email settings in Express Acconts by clicking the Options button on the toolbar
    2. Select Other from the list on the left
    3. Click the Email Settings... button
    4. Select the radio button for Use SMTP to send email directly to the mail server
    5. Enter the server address in the SMTP mail host text box (this varies depending on your email client)
      • Gmail: smtp.gmail.com
      • Yahoo: smtp.mail.yahoo.com or smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk (if email address ends in yahoo.co.uk)
      • Hotmail/MSN/Outlook.com: smtp.live.com
      • AOL: smtp.aol.com
      • Comcast: smtp.comcast.net
      • Other: Contact your mail provider for your SMTP server address
    6. Check the box labeled Server requires authentication
    7. Enter your User Name, (e.g., youraddress@gmail.com), and your Password in the appropriate text boxes
    8. Check the box labeled Use secure connection (SSL/TLS) if available
      Please note: Comcast users should skip this step
    9. Enter your email address into the Default reply email textbox
    10. Click OK to save your changes.

    If you are using a Gmail account, you will need to do additional work:

    1. Log into your Gmail account, and go to this page.
    2. Make sure the option "Allow less secure apps" is set to ON.
    3. Confirm all settings within Express Invoice, and then test emailing an invoice.
