  1. The Journal option is not available in Express Invoice, it is for Express Accounts. Now, if the issue is with one customer, you can try to run "Recalculate Customer Balance" option to recalculate the balances. To do that, please click on View menu > Customers > select (highlight) the customer from the Customer window > go the Customer menu > Recalculate Customer Balance > confirm you want to Recalculate

  2. You may want to reinstall the software but you need to install the version that works with your current license. Old versions can be downloaded from this link: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/

Keep in mind that your registration and activation code will work on any fix or new version of the software released within 6 months from the date of purchase.

Phone support is available for Platinum users, you can find out more about Technical Support Packages here: https://secure.nch.com.au/support/purchase.html

  3. Do you get the problem on all your credit notes or just one customer? You may want to try the Recalculate Customer Balance option to recalculate the balances. To do that, please click on View menu > Customers > select (highlight) the customer from the Customer window > go the Customer menu > Recalculate Customer Balance > confirm you want to Recalculate.

In regard to your other question. When you sync both programs, it will only update Inventoria's inventory levels from other programs when you create invoices. Changes need to be done in Inventoria, when you change something in Express Invoice, it will not be reflected in Inventoria.

  4. If you cannot upload to an FTP server:

Click on the Test FTP Settings button from Folder Properties dialog.
Check all your server details thoroughly, including the directory.
Check your server uses passive FTP.

Also, you may want to know that by default Fling uses the file's modification time and the archive flag to determine if upload is required. Most problems occur if a program or copy does not set the modified or archive flag. If this happens, right-click on the file and select Fling->Upload.

  5. To select a different recording mode, click the "Record/Format as" drop down menu (lower left corner of the main window) and select a different format (.mp4, .mov, .avi, etc). Then, when you start to record, if you get a message asking you to switch to fast capture mode, you need to click "No, use current mode"

  6. Switch will not add the files automatically, you need to click the Add Files button > find and select the folder you need to convert > next to the File Name field, you will see the Audio Files drop down menu > click it and select FLAC Files > highlight the files to convert > click Open.

Yes, you can delete the original files after conversion. Under Home menu > click Options icon > Conversions tab > check the option "Delete source file after successful conversion" > click OK to save the changes.
