  1. If the invoices are on the old computer and you backed it up ( https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/kb/1140.html ) they should show up in the new installation when you restore it. If you do not see some invoice, make sure you have cleared all the filters to be able to see all your invoice. Click View > Invoices > for Period and Display Invoice select ALL and confirm that you have deleted what you have in the Keyword field. In case you still have issues, I would recommend you to submit a support ticket: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

  2. Please note that your registration and activation code will work on any fix or new version of the software released within 6 months from the date of purchase. If you purchased more than six months ago, you will have to find the version that works with your license in this link: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/

In regard to the black screen issue, do you get it with all the recordings or just some of them? Have you tested it from a different video source? Note that depending on the source, it may be forbidden to capture video (that depends on the source not Debut).

  3. Do you get the problem with Discord only or also with other apps? Have you tested using other effects to see if the issue persists? What type of mic are you using? Check that Voxal is receiving your microphone's signal. The status should read: Successfully processing! and the audio meter will be moving as you speak, it should be in the Good Mic Level section. Note that Voxal must be opened prior to the program that you are using the effect in. Close both programs, open Voxal, then open the program where you would like to apply the voice effect. In case you still have issues, you can reinstall it: https://www.nchsoftware.com/voicechanger/vxlsetup.exe

  4. If the shortcut is just for "year-old", you may need to type in the number, lets say 50, then, hit the space bar (if you type in the abbreviation just after the number, the shortcut will not work since it will take the number (50) as part of the shortcut), put the cursor back next to the number (you can use the arrow keys) and type in the abbreviation.

  5. Please be informed that the items you add in Inventoria will not show up in the Items list in Accounts (View menu > Items), but they should show up in the Item column when you create a new invoice. Also, make sure you are updating the correct location. In Accounts, click Options > Inventory > click Retrieve Locations > select the Location from the drop down menu > click Update > click OK to save the changes.

  6. If you are recording from the speakers and also from the mic, the problem may be that your mic is capturing the audio that comes out from the speakers. If that is the case, you will have to either put the mic away from the speakers or use a directional mic to capture sound from a specific area only

  7. If you find your accounts are not balancing, try recalculating the balances in Express Accounts to see if it helps. To do this, click the Transactions menu option in the main window and select Recalculate Customers' Balances. Express Accounts will run a recalculation automatically.

Usually, when numbers do not match, it is do to a bad entry. Make sure you have checked all your transactions in the Journal to see if there is something wrong.

  8. For multi-track recording, I would recommend you to use MixPad. Simply load existing audio files, or record new files into MixPad, adjust the volumes, pans, fades, add effects and mix your audio clips down to create a single high-quality audio file. It is the digital equivalent of using a multi-track recorder and mixing desk. These are the features included in the program:

Driver support for ASIO, DirectSound, MME.
    Unlimited tracks.
    Support for MIDI playback.
    Pan and volume envelope automation.
    Intuitive, simple graphical interface.
Independent volume, pan and effects for each track.
Independent audio input and output routing for each track.
Supports a large number of file formats including wav (multiple codecs), mp3, ogg, flac, vox, gsm and many more.
    High accuracy for precise mixing.
Drag and drop existing files straight into the work area.
Includes a CD ripper to load audio directly from an audio CD.
Includes a high quality sound recorder which supports autotrim and voice activated recording.
Integrated with Wavepad sound editor so you can conduct advanced editing on your files without having to save your files in between.
Solo and mute feature on each track.
Add multiple chained effects to each track.

You are welcome to install the trial version and confirm if it works for you: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/mpsetup.exe

  9. Yes, you should be able to create tabs for ukulele. Open Crescendo, under Score menu > click New icon > click the Tablature folder > scroll down to find the Ukulele template > click Next > select the time and key > click Next > enter the Score info > click Finish.

  10. If your financial institution is not in the list, you can add it manually. To do that, please follow these steps: Click Accounts menu > Add Account > check Enable online account access > click the Financial Institution drop down menu > select Add New Financial Institution > enter the required information (if you do not know that, you may need to contact your bank, they are the only ones who can provide you with those details) > click OK > OK again to save the changes.

  11. You need to click the bar you want to copy to highlight it, hit Ctrl + C command to copy. Then, go to a blank bar, click on it to highlight it, hit Ctrl + V command to paste.

  12. If you use a different picture for the overlay, do you get the same problem? What is the format of that file? When you open the project, do you get a message saying there is a missing file?

In attempt to fix this issue, please try the steps below:

Uninstall PhotoStage, then delete 3 folders named "PhotoStage" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
    **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue.

After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/slideshow/pstagesetup.exe

Once done, restart your system one more time and try again.

  13. Under Home menu > click Batch icon > click Add Files button > select the files you want to convert > click Open > click Next > under the Command List section, click Add > select the Covert Files command > OK > click Next > select Convert to File Format > from the drop down menu, select the output format > select an Output Folder > click Next > it will start processing the files. Once done, it will open the output folder you selected folder and the converted files should be there
