  1. Greetings, Here is the issue I am running into. We have a range of mailboxes created 6000 - 6300 and 6400 - 6700 An issue that has come up, is if someone dials 6350 they get a recording and can leave a message for that mailbox, even though I havent created it. This is causing some confusion. Is there a way to make it so a person cant get to a mailbox that doesnt exist? I know there is a way to create OGM's and lock them down so someone can only dial a range (6000 - 6300) as an example, but we dont want to create multiple OGMs to have to lock it down. Any suggestions?
  2. If its not possible to link it to a .bat file why not just create an .exe file that triggers the .bat file? Just a thought
  3. So.. if im understanding you correctly.. Mailbox 1000 is the same as 1000, the program just looks at the numbers? I.E. I've tried creating a mailbox as 2001, simulated a call and dialed extension 2001, and it does not go to the correct mailbox. The only way ive gotten that to work is to create "Mailbox 2000" and then when I dial 2000 it goes to the corret mailbox.
  4. Trying to setup my mailbox structure. As im adding new mailboxes, they are mailbox 1 - 100 etc. I'm trying to setup the mailboxes for 1000 - 2000 and 4000 - 5000, im wondering if there is a way to set the mailboxes manually instead of having to create a new mailbox instead of creating mailboxes 100 - 999 to get to 1000. Any input?
  5. Looking to setup an IVM Answering Attendant to replace our old aging system. What OS would y'all recomend to provide the most stability? The min req's list Windows 95/NT4/98/2000/Me/XP/2003/Vista, I'm thinking of deploying on 2003 server. Any advice?
