having same problem with a logitech mic does work after restarting computer for a short time

Hi Ive tried doing the normal Tech Support things but still havent figured it out. Voxal says "Voxal is waiting for an application to use the microphone and i would be in a game(ex Garrys Mod) and then it wont let me activate a voice
