Thanks. I had smtp.telstra.com - i did everything else and changed it to .live. and I got an error "encryption required for requested email server. Please check your Email settings" Also on step 7 I tried the 1st box both checked and unchecked and still got that error.

We use Outlook for our emails - how can we identify if the email has actually been sent. We used to get them in the sent items box in Outlook but that no longer happens
