Same problem here... I don't know for you, but it started right after updating Windows, a few days ago... I bought the licence, the pedal was working perfectly and is not old (maybe a year or so)... And it works when I unplug/replug, but stops responding randomly... Edit: just bought the updated version, same problem... will keep troubleshooting... I don't want to buy a new pedal, I sometimes work with different softwares and VEC/Infinity is compatible with all my tools... I'll contact tech support...
