  1. Hi Chris Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I wasn’t very clear with my question so I apologise. The solution was I fact to purchase inventoria. That seems to be the only way to keep track of stock levels. It is not possible within Copper directly.
  2. Hi I’m setting up Copper for a Local Console Games business. Is there a way to input the quantity of, for example, games titles. That way we can keep track of the stock levels. Thanks
  3. Thank you for your reply. I may invest in a larger monitor. As all the text is way too small to read.
  4. Hi Again... Is it possible to change the font SIZE and POSITION of the "Total" displayed in the bottom right corner? If I adjust the display resolution, for a different size monitor, the "Total" disappears. I need to make the adjustment as Copper appears way too small to be readable on my smaller monitor in its default setting. Thanks In Advance
  5. Hi Telephoney, Thank you for your reply. I hope it's something that can be introduced in the future.
  6. Hi, Back again with another issue. Is it possible for Reports ( Transactions, Salesperson etc.) to be printed in a short format rather than A4, Letter or Legal? I need to print "Salesperson" reports daily and would like it to be possible via my receipt printer, as the information being printed is only a small amount. Thanks in advance
  7. Also, I would like to add that I absolutely LOVE this software.
  8. Never mind it was straight forward really. Just had to add text ( PX ) into the "description field" and then added a minus value ( -£3.00 ) And that's it
  9. Hi, I would like to know if there is any way to apply both a positive and negative sale in the same transaction. For example, I am selling an item for 19.99. the customer would like to Part Exchange an item to the value of £8.00 I would like for this to be reflected on the receipt that is issued. Is there a way to do this? Thank You
