have now resolved this

I am having issue reconciling the accounts. I last managed it at the end of July but now it won't reconcile!! I am £234.20 over. I have triple checked my statements and everything is correct on screen. Where could I have gone wrong? HELP!!!!! Is it possible to delete a reconciliation? I have already tried role back and not sure if that has made things worse!

Is there anyway to remove a dormant credit card which had previously been used from the chart of accounts? I have reconciled it down to zero but it keeps on adding £6.75 on to it and not keeping it at zero!!!
