  1. You need the following two things to have call-in system: 1. DialDictate software 2. VoIP account (I would recommend CallCentric.com) Get the DialDictate installed on a computer/server and customize it according to your requirements. It is not that tough, quite easy. You only need one VoIP account and you can have multiple channels on a single phone number. good luck!
  2. you might want to try these settings as DialDictate 4.22 is working fine on Windows Server 2008 Web Edition for us... http://nch.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=14466
  3. All, I just wanted to share my personal experience/solution, as it took a lot of time on my end to figure it out. To make DialDictate work on Windows Server 2008, do the following steps: 1. Before installation: Right click on the installer file > Properties > Compatibility > Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for... Windows XP (Service Pack 2)", and > Check "Run this program as an administrator"... under settings for all users. 2. After installation: The same compatiblity settings for "DialDictate.exe" under C:\Program Files\...\DialDictate\... (DialDictate should not be running, while doing this setting) Restart the server and you are all set! just fyi, i am running DialDictate v4.22 on Windows Server 2008 web edition. After these settings DialDictate would just work fine, without any issues. All the best!
  4. Hi All, Can anybody please suggest some good VoIP service providers in US for DialDicate, which can support multiple channels on one phone line. We would like to have one phone number for all our clients, as DialDicate can support simaltaneous calls on a single line. Thank you for your help.
