  1. All the Extesions numbers are the numbers I got from Telstra, which is configured in Axon. So just want to dynamically send the calleid through spa 3102, for any outgoing calls made by any of these extensions. If this is called spoofing, then how to do it?

I'm setting SPA3102 with axon, I want to know how to setup outgoing callerid in spa 3102, so that it automatically shows the Extensions (which is a Aus phone number) as the callerid to any party who is called to . At present , the line is telstra (with callerid) and if I make an outgoing call, it shows only that telstar number on my mobile and not axon extension.
  3. I tried setting IVM but the call first ring extension before ending up with IVM voice message or call transfer even if the Time before transfer is set to o seconds. Please help me out in this..

    Plugin installation

    I tried to install rand.exe plugin and followed the instruction of how to use plugin in ivm. I'm using the variable "mynum" and in 'Go to OGM' I'm using %mynum%. but its not working. I checked the log and its showing Run Plugin c:\rand.exe 10 mynum, but NOT showing "Plugin Returned....." and the call is disconnected PLEASE REMOVE THIS TOPIC
  5. I think this your solution will work, but I have one issue that I allow customers to dynamically create transfers or create multiple ringing (upto to 4 simul ring) ,, from the web itself. Moreover creating a separate extensions dynamically is not good for our servers here, because form the begining I felt that Axon lacks two main things 1. Storing Configuration in a LDAP/DB : because our servers have crashed 2 times , because Axon stores all the info in the registry, at that time we managed only 20-25 customers. 2. Ability to tap each calls while active : it was difficult for us to tap calls while its active, because many times customers speak for hrs and we are not able to dynamically deactivate that call if that call is going more than their (customers) credit limit. Anyways, did you gave a thought on my 2 query: call should go to voice mail or call should be transfered immediately without ringing the extension. at the moment if I specify 0/1 seconds to transfer / voice mail its rining the extension and then transfering the call.
  6. I don't know how to configure Axon ., 1. if a call come to an axon extension, I want it to dial multiple numbers (not extensions) at the same time 2. if a call comes it should directly go to voice message without ringing that extension.

  8. I have provided USA number to my employees as extensions to receive call from outside (for ex.1-631 675 4089), but internally I want them to use only the last 4 digits of the (4089 in this case) phone number to talk. How to fix that, is that I have to config the dial plan?
  9. The First two is perfect, but the third one I do not want to have my customer redial again in the OGM, can you think about any other alternates here.

C1 hears a message from 555-IVM (that he is overdue and make payment within 5 days, blah, blah.....) 3. After message , that call should automatically go through , with the dialed number. for example if C1 dialed , 13212694089 , first it should go to 555 (hear messages) and after that it should automatically dial 13212694089 for him.

    I have created a good java interface to Manage Axon and automate some of the configuration, but only thing which is a problem is the password. I don't knwo why NCH is not publishing their encryp' technique for password creation for each extensions or even the reason why those passwords are protected in the registry which will be accessed only by the ADMIN of the Server. I sure need NCH reply on this one, provide the encryption tech' or make the password open in the registry.

  14. when I press 199 from and extension, I want ivm to automatically detect that extension and play the voice messages, instead asking me to press the mailbox access code. I tried in OGM, but for leaving a voice messages by default it identifies the extension number. But I want the same for reading the VM through 199 access.

  16. Eventhough it shows a old IP, it does'nt matter. because when you start calling or send invite (FROM CLIENT) to your axon server, automatically it resets itself to that new ip. The old ip will be set as long as you are not using it (client).

    yeah I understand that, but I want to set different passwords for different extensions. moreover I do not want to change that manually in axon web interface. so my only possibility is to know how to encrypt and decrypt it

  19. I want to know how to automicatically terminate a call. for example, I have a credit set for my customer, I want to terminate (cut) a call automatically, while my customer is on call if the credit is exceeded.

  21. This is very important , I think axon should give a solution to this one. I have seen the setup of major service provider, and in their pbx system they will be creating extentions and external lines in the ratio of 4:1. if that is the case then how they are able to send the extension number (usually a did number--given to a customer) as a callerID in the receiver's phone. The external line will be a fxo or even another gateway server. Axon is very good, but it should address to all these issues, because I think asterisk has this facility (used by most of the service providers).

Since Axon is a pbx system, we cannot perceive that each extension will have any external line. 10 extensions may share 2 external lines. taking that into account, When 10 users call out using 2 external line (sip service like voipcheap..), Axon should be able to dynamically send the numbers (extensions) to the peer as a CallerID through the voip service. My problem is that... My setup 1. 5 extensions (10 digit number / representing usa numbers) 2. 1 external line (voipbuster) 3. 1 dial plan (dial out through voipbuster) when I call my mobile number, in the callerid it is showing some europe number or sometime junk numebrs. but in the right side I should get the extension number (which is using the external line--voipbuster) as my callerid. How to solve this
