Have been able to load files without any difficulty until this week. Now I receive the following error message: Background Load Error Unable to open file with RealPlayer. This might mean you do not have the codec installed. To resolve this, attempt to load the file using RealPlayer manually. I do not have RealPlayer but have RealOnePlayer. I didn't delete anything or change anything to my knowledge!! Unable to find "codec" in system. Any suggestions? Thank you! Lynn
