Hi everyone! Everything went fine until I got to this: I want the call attendant to ask which extension to dial, and then, the call should be transfered to that extension, but I want the party on the phone to dial to which extension, but I'm having troubles here, the first thing I get is: "Error - No valid end of data entry (press #) command" and the call gets disconnected. I have already installed the outbound.exe plug in but I can't get it to work. Could someone please help me? Thanks

Help please!!! I configured Axon, and registered my DID, i can receive calls correctly, I thought it was a good idea to have the IVM answering assistant to answer the calls and have a nice menu, so i programed it. So i made the test from my cell, yes, NICE, IVM answers the call, and offers you the menu. For example, i configured to dial 1, and the call would transfer to group 701, yes!!! it rings!!!! but when i answer the call on the computers of the 701 group, the call is disconnected, I can only answer calls if the call is direct to my computer. PLEASE HELP!!!!

With FWD, everything is normal, call and receive calls. With fonosip, it says its registered, and I can place calls, but some time later, its says that the register attemp failed, (i think its trying to register the outbound) i contacted fonosip and they told me to leave the outbound proxy in blank, but, Axon does not permit that. Also, if i select to use the same outbound proxy as the domain, it wont register. Thanks!

HI. I added 2 External lines to Axon, the first one is a FWD, and the second one is from fonosip.com. I tried both lines direct with a softphone to check if they were working, yes, i can make and receive calls. When Axon turns on, it registers the lines, when i make a call trough FWD, it works, when I make it trough the other line, it fails. HELP!!! FWD: Server: fwd.pulver.com outbound: fwdnat.pulver.com:5082 fonosip: Server: fonosip.com outbound: fonosip.com ((------- I think the problem might be here, however i have tried: fonosip.com:5060, fonosip.com:5082 No luck, please help.
