We use Express Dictate to record from both desktop microphones and ACS or Radio Shack Recording Jacks attached to a telephone. The recording jacks attached to the telephone worked great on version 3.07. With version 4.03 the recording is very distorted and is not transcribeable. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! Glenda
