  1. How do you adjust the widths of columns on printed invoices? Thanks, Jim
  2. I'm running version 4.64 and am having issues with my company logo's appearance on the invoice template. It will often lose the link / pathing to the file location causing it not to appear. Also, it often does not fully left justify and is offset slightly to the right. I would like it to align with my address below. Any insight? Jim
  3. I am trying to understand better the process of importing time sheet data to Express Invoice, i.e. creating an invoice from HourGuard. Please confirm what fields are carried over from HourGuard to Express Invoice. It appears they are named differently in each program. Also, does the Customer need to be spelled identically in each program in order for HourGuard to "find" or discover the customer in Express Invoice? Thanks, Jim

  5. It appears a sub-task of a base task cannot have the same name of a sub-task of another base task. It creates the error message, "Task with this name already exists..." Is this true? And if so, why? As a work-around, I am having to append a prefix to the sub task. (I basically repeat the base task name.) This clutters up my time sheets and invoices. Please advise. Thanks, Jim
  6. I'm an architect and it is common to bill clients by "project." Is this option available? This would be a very useful category. Thanks, Jim
