I don't usually use Express Scribe, although I have it installed on my work computer. But, I forgot to stop Win10 upgrade, so I'm trying to work through it. My other program is not working properly so I tried ES and it seems to be working just fine, as much as I can remember of how it worked, anyway. I am able to bring video in and watch it as I transcribe in the Notes window to the right and the timestamps work, and at this point that's all I care about. I can't answer for any of the other features, but the basics seem to be working.
