  1. I cleared the cache and also set the preview resolution to lowest, I guess by default it was 1920x1080? Thank goodness, I can play the clip back without interruptions now. Thanks
  2. I'm editing a couple of 720p clips with a few effects here and there, and videopad refuses to 'preview' my video, which is barely 10 seconds long. The build preview pops up every 2 seconds and it never finishes. How are you supposed to work like this? I have 16gb of ram and it's choking like i'm editing 4k. I'm on the free version if that matters.
  3. Ok, what was this method again? I'm confused.
  4. The cntrl thing worked but it's not precise. I have been adjusting the bracket bars under 'Clip Preview' but again I can confirm that it overwrites my previous clip if I move the red bracket back in time. Is this a bug? In the mean time I've taken to putting every new clip in its own overlay, just so I don't accidentally overlap something, which of course is inefficient.
  5. I've used VP off and on over the years so I'm not a complete novice, but I picked it up again today and it feels like whenever I edit the timing of a single clip, it overwrites everything I did before that. It should just edit the length of the *selected* clip but it overwrites other clips in the timeline, very odd functionality... Am I missing something here?
