Hi, I have just purchased ES Pro 5.85 but can't use it. It loads up okay but as soon as I click anything it freezes and says it isn't responding. So I close it and re-open and try again. I shut down and restarted and was able to load a file in, but as soon as I clicked on the video file the program froze. The file is very small too. I have plenty of hard drive space and at about 50% RAM. I operate W10. I also did a re-installation from the set up file. I make some progress when I do a shutdown and restart, but as soon as I try a second time to click something, or use my foot pedal it freezes again. Any ideas?
