You posted this about three years ago, and they never answered you. Shame! I have a similar problem, but instead of a black screen it records the desktop background. Oddly enough, when I was going to share a screenshot with my dual monitors, game in full screen in one and NCH Debut and what it was showing on the other monitor, I saw that the PrtScrn screen shot looked the same. I don't know what's preventing the game from being recorded, but it seems to be related to my OS or some software on my computer. If Debut has a solution for this, then I will be glad, but if they don't then I might have to ask for a refund as I just purchased it yesterday and I think that it's covered by their refund policy. Otherwise, I have no reason to keep this software on my computer.
