I am pulling my hair out. I have bought the pro version of Express Scribe in order to be able to load .dss files. The program is registered but still pops up on my computer that the .dss file format cannot be read. I tried to load the program on my husbands computer, registered the program and it read the .dss files with no problem at all. Any suggestions? Windows has been completely updated.
