  1. Hi, are you using "small-size" receipts? Go to Options-> Regional -> Print Settings -> Paper Size, and check the if you have the correct size.
  2. Sadly the program does not offer such an option.
  3. Do you mean zooming an image? If you do, you just need a mouse with an scrolling wheel. Open your image and rotate the scroll wheel in either direction !!
  4. Are you referring to the user name and password?: Before you set up Fling, you should have the following information: ● The FTP server. This can be in dotted IP form (e.g., 69.10.42.210) or in domain form (e.g., ftp.nchsoftware.com). ● Your username and password. ● The directory to load files to your web server. This could be something like /home/yourco/www/html or /var/www/html.
  5. Is the problem just with quotes? What about invoices? Please open a support ticket here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=ExpressInvoice&support

  12. Delete cache files in wavepad folder: 1. 15. When a MixPad project is saved, a MixPad Project file and a Project Data folder are saved in the same location, the MixPad project file <name>.mpdp and the folder <name>.mpdp.ProjectData. Both must always remain in the same location because when the MixPad Project file <name>.mpdp file is opened, it pulls the tracks from a folder in the same location with the same name plus ".ProjectData". For example, a MixPad Project file named "Ultra Sound.mpdp" will look for, in its same location, the project tracks in a folder called "Ultra Sound.mpdp.ProjectData". The MixPad project file will not remember the location of the Project Data if it is moved alone, it will always look for a folder within the same location, if needed, move them together. As names are very important to be able to open MixPad Projects, do not change the name of the MixPad Project file or Project Data Folder, if you do, make sure the <name> portion is exactly the same for both.
