  1. Hi, are you able to play the movie like on Windows Media Player for example? What file format did you choose to save the video file?
  2. If you are using the USB 2 Infinity foot pedal, sadly this is no longer supported, the only option is to use the new INFINITY-3 USB Pedal. Please confirm !!

  7. We recommend you to check different capture options, for example some video capture devices are detected as a Webcam. You will be able to see it under Webcam menu. Please verify that option.

  9. What error message are you getting? In this case we will recommend you try scanning the PDF file and save it as a plain image JPEG !

  12. Hi, is this issue present on the exported file or while you preview it? If the problem is while you preview it is because the program is rendering the project, and you will notice the preview is not that smooth. This usually happens when the cache and temporary files folder is too full. Try to go to Options > General > Cache and click on the button that says Clear Cache.

  15. Wavepad has a recording facility, however the main function is to edit audio files. What are you trying to record? In this case, depending on this, you can check out Soundtap or Recordpad.   18. Please try this: 1. Select the bar line tool, move it to where you want the new measure to start, and left click to place the new bar line. 2. Click the Append Measure button on the Edit toolbar tab. 3.Select Append Measure from the Score menu. 4.Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+B.
  19. Can you select that portable drive when you are finishing the burning process? Can you try to burn the disc using your local drive and let us know the outcome ??

  22. Do you mean you are working with multiple monitors? If you have multiple monitors, you can move the Debut window into the monitor that isn't the record monitor. For example, you can select the primary monitor as the record monitor and move the Debut window into the second monitor, the preview video will be enabled.
