  1. Hi, can you please confirm if you have both applications properly synchronized? Can you try to update the sync from Express Accounts and test again?
  2. Hi, Prism will convert the first or default sound stream of the source file. If the DVD that you are trying to convert plays in English by default, this is the language that the converted file will be. At this stage, there are no options in Prism to change the default language.
  3. What is the email address you are using? Gmail, Hotmail ? The majority of the emails have implemented a two step verification that has increase the security. We recommend you to enable this feature by contacting your email provider and test sending emails with Express Accounts again.

  5. Hi, just to be clear, the issue happens exactly after 1 hour of recording? When you playback the resultant Mp4 file, all is good the first hour? Have you try to capture using a different output format? Can you try Avi, Wmv or Mov?
  6. Hi, Express Accounts will only synchronized the items from Inventoria, no other information. Also, have in mind that Express Accounts reads the information that is in Inventoria, not the other way around, Inventoria will not read information from Express Accounts.
  7. Just click on a bar and right above it, is a small box, click on it and move it wherever you want. Right-click on the bar lines where you want them and choose 'Begin Repeat', 'End Repeat', or 'Double Repeat'.
  8. To create a recurring invoice schedule, fill out the invoice as usual, then select Save as Recurring from the drop-menu at the bottom. This brings up the Recurring Invoice Schedule dialog.   11. Hi, is this a regular audio CD? or is it an Mp3 CD? Are you having this issue with all the cd's you add to the program? On occasion the database may not find a match to your specific audio CD.

  15. From the Accounts menu select View Accounts. You may delete and edit any of your accounts information from there.
  16. Hi, the program that will separate audio from video is Videopad video editor. Please go here: https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/index.html To unlink the audio from a video clip in a bin, click on the video clip and select Clip -> Unlink Audio and Video from the menu, or right-click on the clip and select Unlink Audio and Video. A new audio clip will appear in the Audio Files bin.
  17. Sadly no, these options cannot be modify, they will be shown always as you see them.
  18. Sadly the only way you can custom voices is by adding effects such as a pitch change, echo or flanger. You will need to test what is the specific combination that will bring the desire voice.

  24. What happen when you try to add an item? Are you getting an error message? What about editing an item, and try to change the price? Can you please provide more details? There is an updated version 9.46, please make sure to run this and let us know.
