You may want to rollback if you have done a reconciliation by mistake or you have received more transactions that should have been included in the last reconcile. Please note that this button will only be enabled when there is a valid reconciliation to rollback to and you will only be able to go back at most one reconciliation.

  21. Hi, this could be the reason why you are having this lag. Software was built to performed and be installed on regular windows platforms (Win7, 8, 10). You can try install it on win server but we cannot guarantee is going to work a 100%.

  23. What type of disc are you recording? Are you able to play it on your computer? Are you sure those devices are capable of playing the type of data you are burning¡
  24. Hi, yes, there are differences in capabilities, some features might no be present on the free version. Sadly, those differences are not listed.
