  1. We have our IVM attendant set up so it transfers certain requests to speak to a live person to a list 3 different people that it cycles through. Is there way I can verify that the call was successfully transferred to one of those people? In other words, I see in the IVM logs that it is cycling through the phone numbers, but I can't tell if the call was ever successfully transferred. If none of the people picks up, the caller gets a message saying no one is available, please try back later. In a related question, sometimes when one of the people who gets a phone call transferred to them gets the prompt to press "1" to answer the call, sometimes the call gets dropped and is not transferred. Any ideas on how to minimize the drops? I have asked the recipients to wait until they hear more of the message from the IVM attendant before pressing "1"? Any ideas Harold San Jose, CA
