So, right after I posted this question it started working. Computer gremlins I suppose.

My computer crashed so I had to reinstall BroadCam. Before it would stream a jpg stream that Safari could receive. Now it only streams "live" or flash. Safari does not play flash nor html live streams. What happened to the jpg option? Any way around this?
