One other issue in vp for mac v4.23 that didn't occur in the earlier mac version is that preview play is constantly interrupted with the building preview message even if I reduce the preview settings to the lowest ratio .

Thanks for this. Yes that's the issue. I can work on the earlier version which doesn't have the zoom issue but crashes when exporting. I have found that if I break the movie into 5 minute sequences,they each export. I plan join them up to see if the full 50mins will export without crashing since (I am assuming) the 10 imported mp4 will be less load than the full layered 50 w all the fx. Will update Await the newest version eagerly. Thanks

Searched the forum and couldn't find reference to Mac issues. Specifically links to download versions as the latest version 4.23 link I have has some issues when exporting with the zoom. So question: Where can I download the best version for mac that doesn't have this bug nor the export crash bug?

I still have zoom not working issues on export in V4.23. and when I revert to v4.1 the programme repeatedly crashes, sometimes when 90+% converted. Very frustrating. Tried MP4 480 at 25 fps WVM at same MOV and now trying FLV Does the fomat make a difference?
