vismay

Hi, I have loaded sony plugin to be used for msv files, but still I am unable to load msv files in my express scribe. Do I need to make some settings in the express scribe too? I am able to listen to msv files in the windows media player but not in express scribe. Any help/assistance would be highly appreciated. Thanks & Regards, Vismay
