hello I have inventora on MAC an copper on the windows, for some reason MAC is blocking copper to sync with inventoira. I have chck my router settings and port 1097 is open and I can access inventoria over the web but cannot sync. please advise. thank you.

is there a customer history database & can we write a note with the each transition in copper ? thank you .
