Have you tried dragging it to the Trash? (normal way of uninstalling Mac programs) Best wishes Catherine

I've downloaded Switch, and have followed the instructions for activating it. However, they don't work. I have tried all sorts of different ways of entering my address and postcode (UK), but NCH are not accepting this. At the moment, it looks as though they have taken my money and haven't left me a way of using their program!
