  1. Sorry forgot to post this last week...... I solved it by loading version 4.00 on IVM. It works just as it says it will. v4.01 does not work, the "email settings" boxes are completely different, so v4.01 must have been written differently.
  2. I have the same problem with the latest version (can't say about previous versions, as not loaded them).... 18:10:01 Call disconnected 18:10:01 Sending Email to: email@jason.....uk 18:10:01 Convert Wav File Format 18:10:07 Sending Email to: email@jason.....uk 18:10:13 Sending Email to: email@jason.....uk 18:10:18 Sending Email to: email@jason.....uk
  3. Can anyone help me understand this. I have a switchboard which plays really old music while the call is being transfered, I would love IVM to play a message after someone had dailed the option, such as... "You dailed, option 3, please hold while we transfer you." My switchboard would then play the old music. Some people dial the option hear the old music, are not sure what is happening and the hang up. Anyone know how to get the Read out number after OGM option to do this? The help shows this, but I'm lost..... Read out number after OGM IVM can read out numbers from a variable that has been entered by the caller or returned from a plugin (eg. database results). This can be used to confirm data entry (eg. "the number you entered was...") or to return information to the caller (eg. "your account balance is..."). To use this, tick the "Read Out Number" box and enter the variable name. The variable name must not include the % characters. You can also select the way IVM reads numbers. For example if the number to read was "1234", "Digits" would be "one two three four", "Number" would be "one thousand two hundred thirty four", "Dollars & Cents" would be "twelve dollars thiry four cents" and "Dollars Whole" would be "one thousand two hundred thirty four dollars". The number is read at the end of the OGM. Usually this OGM would then be chained onto a further OGM using the "Go To" active command for the End of Message.
